July 2018. I was lucky enough to have the support of Ruben Rojas with BeautifyEarth and Dunn Edwards to sponsor my stair painting project. This project was a year in the making and my first opportunity to be a painter.

I love to draw mandalas on paper or in the sand. Some of my favorite drawings are those on the old book pages.

Beach Art

My designs are never planned out ahead of time. When I feel inspired, when the tides, weather, and time of day are just right, I head to the beach and draw. I use nothing more than a rake, several hand garden tools, and some wooden sticks. I sometimes bring a helper with me.

The Wings

PROJECT no 2

10.2018 - 4.2019. The BE THE CHANGE Wing Project. I applied for and coordinated the installation/painting of this pair of wings at my school site. I painted the wings with the help of our principal. This was second painting project in my community and the second non profit that I was honored to work with.
